The Anti-Aging Research Group is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that Amber has established as a culmination of her passion for and work in anti-aging related research and holistic care for seniors.
The Anti-Aging Research Group focuses on exploring ways to slow down human aging through scientific research. They conduct award-winning projects and have authored a book - How Not to Grow Old - which shares the advice on age-related disease prevention as well as original research by the AARG.
The group also hosts educational seminars for various age groups and is consistently developing original content to provide personalized recommendations on diet, supplements, and activities to promote healthier aging.

The AARG provides valuable preventative care resources for seniors through their book, How Not to Grow Old.
Drawing on the latest scientific research, it offers insights into age-related diseases and practical strategies to combat them, helping older adults maintain their health and vitality. By focusing on preventative care, the group empowers seniors to take proactive steps in preserving their well-being as they age.
Published as an e-book in 2024, paperback in 2025.
The AARG focuses on helping seniors by offering early Alzheimer's screenings as part of their preventative care efforts. These screenings allow for the identification of potential cognitive decline in its earliest stages, enabling timely intervention and personalized strategies to slow the progression of the disease. By promoting early detection, the group helps seniors maintain mental clarity and quality of life for as long as possible, while also providing resources to manage cognitive health more effectively.
The AARG enhances senior mental well-being through music therapy, recognizing its powerful impact on emotional and cognitive health. Music therapy has been shown to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and agitation in older adults, especially those with Alzheimer’s or dementia. By incorporating music into their care programs, AARG helps seniors reconnect with their memories, express emotions, and improve their mood. This therapeutic approach fosters relaxation, cognitive stimulation, and social interaction, ultimately enhancing the overall quality of life for seniors and supporting their mental health in a nurturing, creative way.
The AARG was selected to be featured before an international audience at the 2025 BioChem/BioTech Youth Symposium and Youth Got Healthcare Conference combined. This is in recognition of the group's distinguished accomplishments.
