Her remarkable contribution was to be a medical volunteer to Nepal, found the Anti-Aging Research Group (AARG), serving the residents in senior centers to promote healthy eating, and co-authoring the book How Not to Grow Old.

Amber has been an OCSEF Student Ambassador for the past 2 years.
Student Ambassadors are high school students who have previously won in the Orange County Science & Engineering Fair. The Ambassadors volunteer at in-person events, create social media posts, and provide mentoring to fellow students.
